I agree. MMX is found on everything from Pentium MMX up. If there is still
someone running an original Pentium (max freq 200MHz), s/he'll be happy with
Fedora still being able to install [in less than 24 hours]. The hardware's 13
years old!

Of course, if you want to be extra courteous, you can make a -nommx package,
although I severely doubt whether anyone would be using it :)
