OK than, I will exclude renaming from spec file.

BTW, with miracle we have Segmentation fault, and Dan said that it will be
exclude in this version of MLT (what is not happened). 

I can exclude "miracle" from package until Dan resolve this binary in next SVN.
I can patch MLT than....

Or, if you have some better solution?
