Sorry, was busy with other stuff. 

I sponsored you in FAS and created the branches (F9, F-10, devel) for
cairo-dock. 
You now need to set up the plague on your system (see
http://rpmfusion.org/Contributors), checkout "cairo-dock" from cvs-free and
import and build it just like you would do for a new package in Fedora.

We have no bodhi, so you don't need to take care of filing a update request
once the build finished. The package gets pushed to testing with the next push
and moved to stable about 8 to 14 days later if nobody tells me "don't move it
please". HTH
