tp_smapi?

Hi!

Would someone here like to add tp_smapi [1] to rpmfusion? It's a kernel 
module for accessing the SMAPI BIOS on ThinkPads, which provides some 
more hardware control on those notebooks.

I'd like to provide a package for rpmfusion myself, but I only have very 
basic skills in RPM packaging. I'm afraid building a kernel module is 
too difficult for me.
