ppc64 and one of the x86 builders broken

PPC64 working again (after getting rawhide from a up2date mirror). The 
x86 problem is still there, but the builder that hits it is disabled, so 
it should not cause any trouble.

BTW, if there are build problems with a builder/one arch please don't 
try to work around them by doing things like "ExcludeArch: ppc64"; 
getting the root issue fixed is the way better solution ;-)
