Which was present already in F-10 x86_64 despite slv2-devel is installed.

Can you tell me which group need to be setup in order to have rt access ?
Is it the same a pulsert for PA (maybe jackrt?)
If this is the case, maybe the warning should be explicitely to add the user to
such group.

yep, specially as the accurate longer term fix would be to add PolicyKit
support for that purpose.
(but I won't require this for the review).


* Any other info about the potentially unappropriate use of -DSTATIC_BUILD ?
(this seems hardcoded within the CMakeLists.txt)
