Did I suggested here or on IRC that it was the right thing to do ?
You seems to want to tweak things before to understand how it works.
While I'm talking about conflicting value I don't mean other than what would be
the final value once a user belong both to the jackuser group and such
traversouser group? Could the traversouser values conflict with jack since they
are not the same ?
It seems better to tweak the jackuser ones in that file instead of creating a
new user. Specially if the software is meant to be used on a jack audio server.
Then if the values needs manual installation, it would be better to leave the
choice to the users, and have it documented in a README.Fedora.(along with a
better warning message).
About the SSE asm optimization.
The reason of the patch is that: If one (for a weird reason) wants to disable
SSE on x86, there is a need for x86 specific code to remain enabled.
Once that said we cannot try to improve realtime behaviour and at the same
time, disable hardware CPU acceleration, that doesn't make sense.
The Fedora Guideline is designed for General usage, not for specific case and
usage.
