It is GPL licensed and distributed by Mandriva for example. But another
comparable Python module used by final package (a Python 3D engine and a game)
is not in Fedora but in RPM Fusion repository... Doing a submit to Fedora for
one package and others to RPM Fusion doesn't make sense to me. Moreover, to be
able to install all other package, you MUST have RPM Fusion in your enabled
repositories.
