ogmrip plugin uses faac

I just noticed (better late than never...) ogmrip is not able anymore
to use AAC compression since faac moved to non-free; I'd like to hear
suggestions about how to regain such support; possible solutions I
see:

a. move ogmrip to non-free
b. split the libogmrip-aac.so plugin to a subpackage, put this in non-free

any other idea?
