XBMC packages

He RPMfusion compliancy is raised a little bit: the Fedora libcdio is 
used (again)! A patch fixed the reliance on included XBMC header files 
for libcdio while using the Fedora library.

XBMC 9.11 packages for Fedora 12 can be found on 
http://rolffokkens.dyndns.org/
