updating x264 and ffmpeg in F-10 (and F-9?)

In F10, I think it is reasonable to update. The total download isn't all
that big is it ?
I did see someone on fedora-list, asking how do a manipulate .rmvb files
(join). ffmpeg site changelog shows RM 3/4 support on 2008-12-20 or so,
so that might get the improvements that would improve playback cpability
for that kind of file.
