creating EL branch?

Hi,

I'd like to make qmmp-plugins-freeworld available also for 
RHEL-5 ... is the procedure the same as described at 
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/CVSAdminProcedure#other - 
do I need to create a new bug for it?
