I got a hold of spot to discuss about this license issue. He told me that it is
OK to distribute systemc on rpmfusion provided that we abide by the terms in
section 4.4 of the license.

He says: "Basically, be sure in the patch there is some comment claiming who
made the change."

If you can add comments into all of the patch files that identifies you as the
person who made the change, this package can be distributed in rpmfusion.

* Please do that before you commit

* Also, please remove BR:  gcc-c++. It is not needed.

Both are easy to do, therefore I'm approving this package now.
