Who is legitimated to approve RPMFusion package reviews?

But the real question is: who watches those contributors that are not 
sponsored? In Fedora that's the sponsors job -- but the Fedora sponsor 
might not be active in RPM Fusion at all.

But I tend to say that doesn't matter much right now, as we are still small.
