* %dir is missing from %file lavcrate subpackage. Without it and installing
only lavcrate _sysconfdir/alsa/pcm would be orphaned

* You should only leave LGPLv2+ in the License tag, neither a52 or lavcrate are
under GPLv2+

* You could add some spaces to correctly indent the Provides:
alsa-plugins-lavcrate tag

* If it was my package I would list ffmpeg-devel as a dependency for both a52
and lavcrate even though it may seem to be a duplication :)
