As you are placing the libraries in /usr/lib/openmotif/lib but not defining the
subdir within the %files section, it won't be removed during un-install
process.

I am also not sure if it really makes sense to create:

/usr/lib/openmotif/lib

instead of placing the libs directly into:

/usr/lib/openmotif

in this case.
