Does it will allow to have avidemux in fedora now that plugin can be built
separately ?

About the spec commen:

BuildRequires:  libdca-devel

You could have started to warn the libdca maintainer in RPMfusion, it is now
set to Rathann, but i will take the interim.
At this step, I would say that avidemux needs to be raised to libdca namespace
(instead of using libdts deprecated headers), Furthermore it shoudn't be needed
to use internal datatype. Nevertheless, I will try to forward this question to
the libdca devs team.
