SRPM:
http://v3.sk/~lkundrak/SRPMS/ec2-api-tools-1.3.36506-1.src.rpm

Description:

The command-line tools serve as the client interface to the Amazon EC2 web
service. Use these tools to register and launch instances, manipulate
security groups, and more.

Not eligible for Fedora since it's closed source software.

rpmlint:

I'd prefer not to modify the license files (will recode if reviewer insists,
but I can't see which part of Guidelines would mandate that).

ec2-api-tools.noarch: W: class-path-in-manifest

Included prebuilt, there's not much point in repacking it.
