I think that we should do our projects in Fedora GSoC - this would
give us a better visibility.

If this is not possible because Fedora won't welcome our projects (is
a FRESCo discussion needed?) then we should apply as an independent
organization.

But in all cases, we should find the mentors that will guide students
to our goals. Who has the sufficient knowledge (and time) to guide
them?
