Xavier worked on this, but he didn't finish it yet according to what I 
read on IRC. He afaics plans to work further on it this weekend.

Haven't reached him yet via mail or IRC (in fact he's not on IRC since a 
few days at all, which is odd). Looks like he's on vacation or something.
