This bug shouldn't be assigned to rpmfusion-package-review which is the default
when no reviewer picked the review.
Re-assigned to me...(hence I will pick the review - despite there is nothing to
review at this time)

There is no reason to mimic anything from the spec. Please start from scratch.
you can of course get inspired by the OpenSuse spec despite this is really
uneeded.
Looking a internal docs and build.log should be enought to have an accurate
spec which will be compliant with Fedora Packaging guidelines.
