Maybe I'll be redundant but I write here for the benefit of clarity. As you
probably knows moonlight 1.0 only implements Silverlight 1.0 and that mono flag
is for 2.0. So, it's not needed for this moonlight release but would be useful
for hacking the development version with the Fedora Mono custom stack.
