Summary : Convert any file that ffmpeg can decode to dirac or theora

This package cannot go to Fedora because it depends on ffmpeg-libs.

Given the quite high requirements I only plan to support F-11 Rawhide which
have recent enought dirac-1.0.2. (cannot be updated in stable release because
ABI incompatibilities).
