In my system, the rar binary that I get in /usr/bin when I install the RPM is
3KB smaller than the one in the tarball. I don't know why this is happening.
Usually, when a binary is stripped, it loses a significant amount of size.

By the way, could you package the unrar binary too, as Lubos asked? You can put
it in %{_libdir}/%{name} or you can use "alternatives"

Also, as I pointed before. The disttag is missing.
