Openmotif in RPMFusion?

No, as lestiff have been seen as complete replacement of openmotif.
That was previously asked on the preliminary "merge repo" mailing list
some time ago.

Now I expect that this problem doesn't comes from nowhere and there is
a real case behind.
It can be allowed an exception based on this case only.
