+ Package name fullfill naming guidelines
+ URL tag shows on proper project homepage
+ Package contains most recent stabel release of the application
+ License tag states IBM as a valid OSS License
+ Package has proper BuildRoot definition
+ Could downloading package via spectool -g
+ Packaged tar ball matches with upstream

+ Local build works fine
+ Rpmlint is quite for source rpm
+ Rpmlint is quite for binary packages
+ Rpmlint is quite for debuginfo packages
+ Buildroot will be cleaned at the beginning fo %clean and %install
+ Mock build works fine
+ All files are owned by the package
+ Package files has proper file permissions
+ Package has proper ChangeLog

Bad:
- Please take a more verbose summary text for the package
- IBM Public license is not compatible the the license used
  for the Linux kernel. So we need a clarification to which
  repository we should put your package.
- Package doesn't contains verbatin copy of the license
