That was me. And sorry for the trouble. The first problem you had
(repodata directories on the public reops have wrong permission) is a
side effect of fixing the second problem you had (repodata for the
needsign not regenerated properly after the push script removed
packages, as the permission of the directories make createrepo fail). I
hope Xavier looks into that soon.
