Error 500 when uploading sources

Hello,

I got the following twice when I tried to upload new sdlmame sources:
$ make new-sources FILES="ui.bdc sdlmame0134u1.zip"

Checking : ui.bdc on https://cvs.rpmfusion.org/repo/pkgs/upload.cgi...
This file (b64914c2a5589f6d5b00361464152acd  ui.bdc) is already uploaded
