PowerPC builders are failing because of xvidcore

I cannot rebuild vlc for the new libass in F-10. because xvidcore has
moved in stable updates.
There is a need to re-submit build 5056 (F-10) and 5057 (Rawhide) to
fix this issue.
I cannot resubmit it myslef until tonight.
Please push to stable updates asap .

Also was missing a gstreamer rebuild in F-10 (was done in F-11)
