This video thumbnailer can be used to create thumbnails for your video files. 
The thumbnailer uses ffmpeg to decode frames from the video files.
This is the part that lets you choose kffmpegthumbnailer as preview for video
files in dolphin (Genereal -> previews).

Not eligible in fedora becuase it depends on ffmpeg-devel.
