Yes, but a) the latter one is clearer, and b) it can't end up owning anything
it isn't supposed to. For instance the latter might end up owning the i18n man
directories (e.g. %{_mandir}/en/man{0p,1,1p,2,3,3p,4,5,6,7,8,9} along with
their content).

Still approved. But do bump the release (and make a corresponding entry in the
changelog) whenever you make changes, since otherwise it is near impossible for
other people to see what has happened.
