rpmfusion and no frozen rawhide

For the record, I try to maintain mock configuration files for
free/nonfree repository in sync with fedora and the lastesd mock cfg
files and the current shape of the rpmfusion repository.

Thoses are availlabe in the related updates-testing repository.
