another issue with builder.wilsonet.com: repodata not found

Dear all,

it seems that builder.wilsonet.com is having another problem: the
repodata for f13 is getting a 404 error. Jobs 7715 and 7718 failed
because of that:

The path looks very suspicious as well. It should IMO point to
http://mirror.wilsonet.com/fedora/releases/13/Everything/x86_64/os/
My wild guess is that this wrong path lingered since F-13 was branched,
and then stuff fell over when this folder dissapeared after F-14 was
branched.
