%{_datadir}/%{name}/locale/*.qm is a violation of the packaging guidelines for
translations (they won't properly get lang-tagged), that's what %find_lang
--with-qt is for.

(Therefore, listing %{_datadir}/%{name}/ and/or %{_datadir}/%{name}/locale/
without %dir is also not valid.)

Please look at the current revisions of e.g. qt, qt-assistant-adp or qgis for
how to do this properly. (There may be other offenders, those should be fixed
too.)
