Urgent request for update to mjpegtools

Hi,
it seems that the current mjpegtools package in rpmfusion is lacking a
fix which is vital for encoding in LiVES:

Please could you update the mjpegtools packages with a more recent
build of the code which contains the fix mentioned above.

This fix should be considered critical, as users could try to encode
(which will fail silently after a couple of thousand frames) and then
close the original clip, causing loss of data.
