You can use instead:
%setup -q -n %{name}-%{version}_src

I don't understand why adding another dependency between x264 and ffmpeg would
solve the dependency circle ?!
Such dependency can usually be solved with:
1/ One of the package rebuilt without the other
2/ building the other with the first
3/ having the first built again with full feature re-activated...

Can you try to explain the dependency circle in this case ?
