Minor builder change on my end (again)

I've transplanted my builder vm, hopefully for the last time. The main
reason for the move this time was to get it onto dedicated storage,
its now backed by its own raid1 disk pair, with about 120GB for
/var/lib/mock. Once dns gets back in sync, it *should* start Just
Working, I believe... Its a clean install (and now 5.4 instead of
5.3), but I think I got everything transplanted okay. Will look in on
it in the AM.
