I'd argue the implications of (in this instance) an enforced GPL section 8
clause is part of the non-free repository already -thinking in terms of the
potentially dangerous software patent encumbered software already in that
repository, mirrors/users/entities are already "required" to carefully consider
mirroring everything in the non-free repository.
