New version (-7), SRPM is in the process of being uploaded, this adds a script
that strips tarball before making SRPM, reducing the SRPM size considerably

- Remove bundled copies of libraries, and code that we can't
  distribute from upstream tarball with script
- Drop patch against ffmpeg which we removed from tarball
- Trim description
