Update gooms's missing

This patch updates goom's "missing" to a later version.

This avoids goom's configure script to warn about its "missing" being too old.

As mentioned before, an alternative to this patch would be run autoreconf -fi
in "goom". As this is would impose risks to breaking the configuration, I
prefer patching "missing".
