Yes, this is a package review request.

Apologies for not including the URL: http://dvdbackup.sourceforge.net

The mention of libdvdcss is the reason why it is not included in Fedora. I hope
dvdbackup can be included in RPM Fusion so that with the help of Livna
(providing libdvdcss) we can install/update this software through YUM.
