Fix permissions in CVS?

Hi, folks.

I committed a find-provides.sh for the F-11 branch of libdrm-poulsbo and
mistakenly didn't have the permissions right when I first committed it -
they were 664, needs to be 775 or 755. Now I can't figure out how to fix
that. I've tried changing the permissions and cvs -f commit , also tried
removing the file and re-adding it with correct permissions, but it
doesn't seem to work: I always get a build failure with 'error: Couldn't
exec /builddir/build/SOURCES/filter-provides.sh: Permission denied' when
re-tagging and trying to build it.

For the F-13 branch, I imported from a .src.rpm with the correct
permissions, and that build went through fine, but I just can't figure
out how to make it right for F-11 branch...help, anyone?
