Cinelerra-CV packaging

Hi,

I know there isn't a cat in hell's chance of Cinelerra being takne into
the main fedora repo. Is there anything to stop it going into rpmfusion
and if so, would it come under free or non-free?

Fancy a shot at packaging it...
