Heads up: xine-lib update for F12 headed for stable, will need xine-lib-extras-freeworld push in sync

The push seems to be in progress on the Fedora side; I'm preparing the
push of xine-lib-extras-freeworld-1.1.18.1-1.fc12 to stable right now
and will actually push it out in parallel with the Fedora push of the
new xine-lib or before I leave the keyboard for a longer period of time
this evening.
