You should think of gstreamer-plugins-bad as gstreamer-plugins-bad-freeworld
now.

If we were to restart from scratch the names would be:

gstreamer-plugins-bad-free    -> gstreamer-plugins-bad
gstreamer-plugins-bad         -> gstreamer-plugins-bad-freeworld
gstreamer-plugins-bad-nonfree -> gstreamer-plugins-bad-nonfree

But as rpmfusion already had gstreamer-plugins-bad for the freeworld
parts (the parts with free licenses which Fedora cannot ship for other
reasons),
the names got somewhat obfuscated (to assue a proper upgrade path).

So now wee have:
gstreamer-plugins-bad-free: Freely licensed plugins with no other legal issues
gstreamer-plugins-bad:      Freely licensed plugins with other legal issues
gstreamer-plugins-nonfree:  Non free licensed plugins (with possiblem other
legal
                            issues too).
