I believe I just stumbled over the answer, watching the console on the
builder during the latest failed build attempt. selinux was in
enforcing mode. Its been flipped to permissive, so if you resubmit one
more one more time, I think it *should* be good to go. Sorry for the
delay tracking down the problem. :\
