rpms/openafs/EL-6 - New directory

Folks,

I'd like to work on some EL-6 packages however it seems the ACLs need to
be adjusted for openafs (might as well openafs-kmod too).

The error I'm getting is:
**** Access denied: jjneely is not in ACL for rpms/openafs/EL-6
