As expected, libbluray has been accepted and libaacs has been rejected
by Red Hat Legal team. I hope libaacs will be fine for RPM Fusion and
I've filed a review request :

fwiw, libbluray support is currently available for mplayer, mythtv and
vlc trunk. xine-lib is also supported through an out of tree input
plugin (see above). I think handbrake also has support, but I'm not sure
about this one.
