Unresponsive maintainer procedure - David woodhouse - foo2zjs

Hello,

I was contacted by Cédric Oliver (cquad) who wanted to request
co-maintainership for foo2zjs.
It was already discussed in the mail list and this bug report, but
without improvements for some time already:

According to the fedora policy, there is 3days left for someone to
speak until I promote Cédric as the new primary maintainer of foo2zjs
