I was able to build the install rpm cleanly and install it but had a couple of
questions.

1. Should the package be GPG signed by RPMFusion yet? I had to --nogpgcheck to
get yum to install.
2. I did a yum deplist on the resultant package and noticed it didn't list
"mlt-melt" or "frei0r-plugins" as dependencies. 

I did the build remotely from work so I will not be able to test it until later
tonight.
